To start growing mushrooms with our monotubs, you will need a few additional items: grain spawn, a suitable substrate, and a spore or culture syringe for inoculation. Follow these simple steps:

- Prepare Your Substrate: Mix your grain spawn with a bulk substrate inside the monotub.
