REFUND POLICY

Retail warranty: All defective products covered must be accompanied by a receipt and will be replaced on the spot. Defective products covered by manufacture warranty will either be replaced on the spot or may need to be returned directly to the manufacture. We go out of our way to make sure the customer gets the right product for their unique growing situation; therefore a %20-%30 restocking fee may be applied to any non-defective product returned. Product must be un-opened. No non-defective returns accepted after 30 days. In order to protect our customers from contamination or spoiling, we DO NOT accept returns on growing media or nutrients. NO EXCEPTIONS.
